EnviroCitizen.org Return, Exchange and Warranty Policy


Change of Mind Returns 

All returned items must be unopened, in perfect, unused condition with all components, complete with original packaging. We will not accept returns on damaged or incomplete items.

Change of mind returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.  In addition, our outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund if the items were shipped with free shipping and any return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Exchanges 

Items purchased may be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. All exchange items must be unopened, in perfect, unused condition with all components, complete with original packaging. We will not accept exchanges on damaged or incomplete items.

There is no restocking fee for exchanges. 

Warranties

All warranties are dealt with by the manufacturer of the product. If a problem occurs with your purchased item within the period covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer for a direct resolution of your warranty claim.

• We will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA) for the item.

• Ship according to instructions provided by EnviroCitizen Customer Care. Be sure to clearly write 
            the RA number on the outside of the package.
